not only to my children but also to all of you struggling with your weight. I want everyone to know that my battles are never going to be over, even with all of this I have my bad days. Its part of life. Don't beat yourself up if you eat something bad, or don't get to the gym every day. Make better choices tomorrow and most importantly HAVE FUN. Find things that stimulate you. Try new things and take risks. I get bored easily and the gym doesn't always keep my interest. I have found that by changing up my routine and incorporating different types of exercise I have had better results and am able to stay focused. Even if you love the gym it's good to get outdoors especially with summer coming. Go for a jog or find a trail to hike. I am taking yoga 2-3 days a week and started taking a belly dancing class, it's great fun. I'm not very good but I laugh the whole time, and we all know laughter burns calories.
